Dani Jay Thomas, DO

Our greatest challenges are our greatest teachers.

I am a licensed facilitator trained in psilocybin facilitation in 2023 at The Leela School.

I trained as an osteopathic physician and have spent the last decade working in an intensive care unit. I have lived in Southern Oregon since 2013. I am a queer, able bodied, white, Western educated, non-binary transman parent.

This work is completely separate; I am not practicing medicine at all in this capacity with you. I am here for you. I am here with you.

Philosophy

Everything is interconnected.

All we have is this moment.

Healing is in YOU.

The more we attend to the now the more the future takes care of itself.

The best version of each of us emerges by living our lives as an expression of intelligent love.

It is my greatest honor and privilege to witness and support you with your sacred mushroom journey.

Matching with your guide is important, if we don’t fit well together I can refer you to a perhaps better match.

What you can expect

  • We meet and see if you are eligible. If so, we see if we are a good fit as journeyer and guide.

  • We discuss how to best meet your individual needs. I answer any questions. There is a small stack of paperwork. Preparation may or may not require a series of meetings. We proceed only with sufficient preparation.

  • Your sacred ceremony will include the sacrament of mushrooms. This is a full day ceremony.

  • We meet again after your journey to begin your lifelong process of integration. This means applying the sacred wisdom in your daily life.
